Jessy Ayala, PA-C

Jessy Ayala PA-C,  is a licensed and certified Physician Assistant, a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the New York State Dermatology Physician Assistant Society.

He graduated from Mercy College in 2003 with a Masters of Science and began his career in Emergency Medicine.  In 2008 he transitioned to dermatology, and for the last four years has practiced and managed a general dermatology office. During that time, he has had over 60,000 patient encounters. He is fluent in Spanish and specializes in Skin of Color.

Jessy Ayala is a regional and national speaker and has lectured on various general dermatology disease states including Acne, Rosacea & Psoriasis, and is looking to advance his career in cosmetic dermatology.

During his 6 year tenure in emergency medicine, he achieved many personal goals; Including obtaining certification in emergency ultrasound interpretation, served as Preceptor for numerous physician assistant students, and completed a course in emergency preparedness for chemical and biological warfare with the US army.
